Having grown up in the Shoalhaven himself, Matthew is very proud to be able to raise his young family in such a wonderful area.
With over 18 years’ experience in all facets of Podiatry, Matthew established his own Podiatry Practice just over 10 years ago.
Matthew has always led an active lifestyle playing AFL and more recently participating in Blackmore’s Sydney Marathon and Port Macquarie’s Ironman Australia Triathlon.
Matthew specialises in Biomechanical Assessments and Sports Related Injuries with the use of Shockwave Therapy, Injection Therapy, Dry Needling, Foot Mobilisation and Custom Orthotic Prescriptions.

Gareth graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2003 with a degree in Applied Science specialising in Podiatry. Since then he has worked in Sydney, Dublin and has just returned from London where he has worked since 2009.
Gareth provides podiatric treatment, advice and management of all cases of foot, ankle and lower limb related pathologies. During his time in Sydney, Gareth consulted for the Royal Australian Naval College. In London 2009, Gareth primarily worked within multi-disciplinary clinics as a sports podiatrist.
Gareth has a keen interest in a wide range of sports. In his spare time he enjoys cricket, golf and football.

HEIDI JENNINGS

Heidi graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours)/Master of Podiatric Medicine. Whilst completing her degree, she received the opportunity to undertake and publish research concerning Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis in the lower limb.
Having been raised in the Shoalhaven area, she has returned to work in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven since 2014. She has experience and enjoys providing podiatric treatment, advice and management in all aspects of podiatry. Specifically, she has a keen interest in paediatrics, diabetes and biomechanics (including dry needling and orthotics).
When she isn’t expanding her library, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

AMY GRANT
BHLTHSCI/MPODMED
Podiatrist
Amy Graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science Mastering in Podiatric Medicine.
With placements from Ireland, Geelong and the Shoalhaven region, she enjoyed the later that much that she decided to make the move.
Since graduation, Amy has been working in a multidisciplinary team seeing a multitude of complex cases. Whilst she enjoys all facets of Podiatry, she particularly enjoys working with complex biomechanical cases, disabilities and chronic conditions.
Amy has also furthered her study with completing a course in acupuncture and dry needling.
When she is not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and working with horses.
RACHELLE BRUNTON
Director / Practice Manager
Rachelle is our Practice Manager overseeing the day to day administration and accounts of the Practice.
Rachelle also grew up in Nowra. Having studied an undergraduate degree in Community and Environment she further obtained a post-graduate degree in Education from the University of Wollongong.
Rachelle's interests include travel, therapeutic uses of essential oils, live theatre, interior design and most importantly spending time with her two boys, family and friends.

SALLY HEWITT
Podiatry Assistant/ Administration
Sally was born and raised in the beautiful Shoalhaven.
Her interests include animals, health and fitness.
Sally is currently studying a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant with Podiatry Skill set to help assist our podiatrists improve people’s quality of life. Eventually would like to become a podiatrist.
In her spare time, Sally enjoys playing AFL & walking her golden retriever.

REBECCA KING
Administration / Receptionist
Rebecca was born in Sydney, but moved to the beautiful Shoalhaven when she was 4 years old.
Her interests includes her love for her animals, health & keeping fit!
Rebecca has been an Aged Care Nurse for 11 years. Now taking a different direction to improve her knowledge to continue helping others.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her 3 Labradors, 2 French Bulldogs & pet piggy, and family & friends.

KYLIE PATON
Administration / Receptionist
Born in New Zealand, Kylie has lived in the Shoalhaven since she was 4 years old.
After 20 years as an early childhood educator, she decided to return to study and is currently completing a course in business and medical administration.
She is easy to talk to and has a humorous view of the world. She greets everyone with a smile, and says talking with our patients is the best part of her day.
To relax, Kylie enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking Mediterranean style meals; also spoiling their gigantic dog who thinks he is much smaller than he is.
